Greenhouse is looking for a Benefits Manager to join our team!
In this role, you will help drive Greenhouse's short- and long-term benefits strategy across different regions, ensuring compliance, optimizing costs, enhancing employee satisfaction, and supporting the organization's overall business objectives. Working collaboratively with various levels across the organization, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of innovative solutions that have a direct impact on our diverse employee community.

What you’ll do
- Enhance and optimize the organization's benefits programs to better meet the needs of employees and align with company objectives
- Establish processes for collecting and analyzing data related to benefits utilization, costs, employee preferences, and trends
- Engage with People team leaders, Finance, Legal, and other relevant departments to understand their expectations and concerns regarding benefits
- Identify challenges or gaps in benefits administration, compliance, and employee satisfaction
You should have
- 7+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in both private and public companies
- Deep understanding of employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, FSAs, etc)
- Understanding of local and international laws and regulations related to benefits, compensation, and leaves of absence
- Strong communication skills; ability to effectively convey complex benefit concepts to diverse audiences of varying seniority
- Ability to negotiate effectively with providers, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Experience with global mobility, a plus

The national pay range for this role is $114,200 - $150,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
The anticipated closing date for this role is February 28th, 2025.

Non-exempt employees accrue up to 20-25 days of paid vacation time, depending on tenure, and exempt employees have unlimited paid time off (PTO). For Ireland-based employees, we offer 25 days' vacation and an employer matching pension program.
