Cartha stores all the company’s planned positions. In order to create a new job in Greenhouse, you can simply go to a planned position’s “hiring section” and press “Push new job”. It opens a new job in Greenhouse and copies the relevant details (e.g. title) into Greenhouse.
Link planned positions with a Greenhouse job
Cartha stores all the company’s planned positions. In order to link a planned position with an open job in Greenhouse, you can simply go to a planned position’s “hiring section” and press “Link to existing job”.
Track progress of hiring plan
In Cartha, the recruiting team uses the “hiring tracker” to see which positions need to be hired. Through Cartha’s integration with the respective ATS and HRIS, all recruiters see whether the position is already published in Greenhouse or if the position might already have an employee registered in the HRIS.
