Screening engineers is a very painful process. It’s stressful for candidates – we ask them to solve a problem live, while someone is watching them. It’s not fun for the interviewer – between the AV issues, the tech problems and the reschedules, they spend a lot of time in these interviews.

There’s a better way. Fairlane lets you send git-based take-home challenges to your engineering candidates. When a candidate is added from Greenhouse, they get access to a custom GitHub repo for a limited time. They get to code on the problem without the pressure of a live interview, and your interviewers won’t have to sit through dozens of interviews.
