Add your custom job criteria

For each job you can easily set up the custom criteria that will be used to generate the candidate scorecards. You will also be able to order them based on importance. Once finished click the “Activate Grading” button to begin the scorecard generation process.

Between 4 and 8 criteria is recommended

Connect your Slack

Connecting your account to Slack is easy and takes under 60 seconds. Once set up, you will begin to receive daily reports as well as notifications when top candidates are discovered.

View scorecards on Greenhouse profiles

Integrate scorecards into your current Greenhouse process by adding scorecards directly to candidate profiles. To enable this, go to the Settings page from the top-right corner of the Elastyc dashboard.
