MeVitae can redacts 20+ Parameters from application documents, from gender to university name to remove biases from the hiring process. The redaction can take place within 5 minutes and has over 95% accuracy.

Multi-document redaction

MeVitae can redact any form of documents (resumes, cover letters and other) including the profile fields within Greenhouse.

Fully customisable by geography, seniority and role

Customers can have up to 20 redaction level profiles for flexibility on level of redaction by geography, department or even role.

Visibility based on roles

MeVitae can be customised to redact for both recruiters and hiring manager or hiring managers only. This ensures that the impact to anyone not involved in the blind recruiting is minimal.

Redacts a variety of document formats
