With Refer, you seamlessly import open roles from Greenhouse and set custom incentive ‘bounties’ for each; this creates a social link that you can share with the networks of your choosing. Each link accesses a unique referral flow where relevant professionals can review your JD & recommend candidates. As verified referrals come in, you decide to pass on the application or introduce the candidate into your interview process by quickly posting to your Greenhouse instance. From there, we seamlessly follow along to understand when a candidate is hired and your unique hiring patterns.

Intuitive integration
The integration process with Greenhouse is simple - all we need is an API key via partner dropdown and a site admin id. (Note: we will only ever post candidates when you choose to within our product; we will never otherwise impact or change your Greenhouse instance.)

Within your product dashboard, we show you all the referrals you've received - easily pass on a candidate or push them to your interview process. We aim to create efficiency, with minimal complexity - we take care of messaging any declined candidate and help you craft custom messages to any you're interested in.
Review in seconds
For every referral, we pull and structure their LinkedIn data so you can review their background & experience as quickly (or more so?) as a resume review as well as their referrer's evaluation of the candidate, inclusive of your custom questions.
