Willo is an asynchronous video and audio-based candidate screening platform that works at every scale.
With Willo, you learn about the human behind the resume via video or audio responses. Candidates can record answers on their own time, meaning no more scheduling hassles or marathon interview days for employers. After candidates submit responses, recruiters and hiring managers can easily see answers at the job requisition and candidate level. You also have control over what information stakeholders see, preserving both candidate privacy and process efficiency.
All interview data can be synced directly with Greenhouse, ensuring a single source of truth that automatically updates across platforms as candidates move through the hiring process.

Send interview invitations at scale
Send interview invitations via individual reach outs, uploading a CSV file, or posting a link on your job board. You can either set a deadline or leave the timeline open to continually receive candidate responses, which are then collected and stored in Willo’s ISO 27001 and GDPR-compliant platform.
Easy, secure sharing features
See all submitted answers at both the candidate and job requisition levels. From there, you can share specific answers with stakeholders using Willo’s Showcase™ feature, making it easy to preserve candidate privacy while also collecting feedback from relevant team members.
Works on any device or connection
Willo works on any device, anywhere in the world—even on slow data connections. It’s also fully browser-based, meaning no apps or downloads are required. This data is then synced with Greenhouse from Willo’s servers globally.

File uploads and language localization
On top of video and audio responses, candidates can upload files up to 25MB (for example, work portfolios or other assessments). Willo’s platform is also localized to the most commonly spoken languages globally, supporting international recruiting efforts.
