Greenhouse is launching a new and improved partner program, and we couldn’t be more excited. We know that the right partnerships create better experiences, smarter solutions and drive deeper collaboration and greater value to our customers. That’s why we’ve reimagined our partner program to make it easier than ever for partners to collaborate with us and deliver more value where it matters most.

With this new update, we’re rolling out new benefits for all our partners and three new tiers that better reflect strategic alignment, customer impact and the strength of our integrations. Whether you’re a partner looking to deepen collaboration or a customer seeking trusted solutions, this evolution is designed with you in mind.

What this means for our partners

Our revamped Greenhouse Partner Program creates a more seamless and valuable experience for our partners, while connecting customers with the most high-impact solutions for them. Here’s what partners can expect:

Enhanced benefits: Partners will gain access to new benefits designed to help them grow. This includes exclusive access to our partner portal with Greenhouse enablement and partner certifications, co-marketing materials, referral tracking, invitations to virtual and in-person events and more.

Deeper collaboration: We’re investing in our partners by providing expanded training resources, certification opportunities and API enhancements that will allow more flexibility to build better, more tailored solutions for your customers.

Formalized programs for distinct partner types: Specific partner types like Integration Partners, Solution Partners (consultants and system integrators, and talent acquisition communities) and Venture Capital and Private Equity Partners will now also have customized programs tailored to help them meet their goals.

What’s changing

To better support our partners and customers, we’re introducing a more structured approach with three distinct tiers:

  • Alliance Partners – These are select technology and solution providers that are strategically aligned with the Greenhouse roadmap. By working closely together, we’re committed to delivering meaningful innovations and seamless experiences for shared customers.
  • Preferred Partners – These partners have best-in-class integrations and solutions that share a large number of mutual customers with Greenhouse. Their reliable track record of customer success signals a strong joint value proposition for teams looking to optimize their processes.
  • Official Partners – These are integrations that have met our Greenhouse security standards and guidelines, ensuring a safe and seamless experience for customers.

At the heart of this update is our commitment to helping customers find the trusted partners they need to make the best hiring decisions. Here’s what customers can look forward to:

Enhanced partner experience: Customers benefit from a trusted ecosystem designed to deliver the best experience for customers. Official Greenhouse partners follow best practices to ensure seamless integrations and security, while Solution Partners receive certifications and training to stay aligned with our latest platform updates and structured hiring philosophy.

Easier partner discovery: Our Greenhouse Partner Directory enables customers to find solutions when unique needs arise. They can now easily discover trusted Integration and Solution Partners in the partner directory, organized into tiers based on volume of shared customers and strategic alignment.
