Marcelo brings 10+ years of industry experience and holds a postgraduate and MA in human rights.
Toby Hough is the Senior Director of People & Culture, EMEA, at HiBob. He is passionate about unlocking the business impact of strong organizational culture and people strategy. Having served as a member of management teams representing the people function, Toby possesses a solid understanding of the challenges faced by growing organizations.
