Navan’s financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team uses Anaplan for headcount planning and forecasting, Greenhouse for recruiting and Workday to manage global staff. However, these systems didn’t connect seamlessly, lacking a common language between the tools. To solve this, Navan built a custom integration and used the Greenhouse Harvest API to connect its headcount planning tool to Greenhouse.
