Tasha (she/her) is the Director of Talent at Pine Gate Renewables where she has led several initiatives to foster a more inclusive hiring experience. She has worked to create consistency in the internal mobility program, negotiated fair salaries, crafted gender-neutral job descriptions and built relationships with local academic institutions to source recent graduate talent from underrepresented backgrounds.
Rebecca (she/her) is a former Recruitment and HR Program Manager at IonQ, a leader in quantum computing. She has over two years of experience in leading multiple department projects, such as researching, setting up and managing integrations for new services, creating new recruiting toolkits for hiring managers and creating and running department and company social events.
Mo (she/her) is the VP of Sales Development at Greenhouse Software where she leads a large team of highly motivated individuals to achieve revenue opportunity targets. Given the unique nature of the roles within her organization, she is no stranger to leveraging tools, adopting processes and working closely with hiring partners to achieve headcount and hiring goals and improve processes along the way. Mo and her wife have a 1 year old who just started saying ‘Wow’ and two shih tzus, Henry and Onion Ring.
