Shifting from a research-oriented company to a manufacturing company required IonQ to completely rethink its hiring process to make it more structured, efficient and simplified. Prior to Greenhouse, IonQ’s recruiting team struggled with a hiring process that was slow and inefficient, causing them to miss out on top talent due to a lack of strategic outreach and a cumbersome interview process.
