With all-virtual interviews becoming the norm for many businesses, it’s important to have access to the tools that enable hiring success. That’s why we’re excited to share that our Zoom integration is now live and ready to bring you and your candidates closer together (virtually).

As one of the most popular video conferencing tools today, Zoom enables businesses to quickly and easily connect teams around the world. The Greenhouse integration with Zoom helps expedite the process of scheduling virtual interviews, allowing Greenhouse customers to save valuable time and resources.

This integration allows the Zoom workflow to happen entirely in Greenhouse.

Set up virtual interviews more quickly: Eliminate toggling between Zoom, Greenhouse and external calendars and enable faster set up when scheduling virtual interviews.

This integration is a great way to save time when it comes to scheduling Zoom interviews through Greenhouse. We were doing it manually before by going into a Zoom user list and copy and pasting the links. This integration helps us avoid that additional step. Also, as the link is a unique ID, it stops people dropping into meetings that they shouldn’t be in.

Stay organized and informed: The Zoom meeting link and dial-in details are now auto-filled to the “Location” field of the calendar invite as well as the interview description.

Simplify your day: The setup process for back-to-back meetings becomes a breeze and you can easily schedule a single Zoom meeting link across multiple interviews.

Attract applicants with the Greenhouse Remote Jobs feature

We’re also proud to announce that we’ve launched the Remote Jobs feature. Greenhouse users now have the ability to post their open remote roles on free job boards like Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn. This feature will help enable users to efficiently find a larger pool of quality candidates, regardless of their location.

Now that candidates are more likely to prefer remote working over in-office jobs, it’s critical for companies to share those roles where applicants are most likely to see them – and for candidates to easily find them. It’s a win-win scenario for all.
