Jon Stross
Jon Stross is President and Co-founder of Greenhouse. At Greenhouse, Jon drives product strategy and works closely with customers and partners to build a platform that improves hiring performance. Before founding Greenhouse, Jon served as General Manager of International at BabyCenter.com and was responsible for the global rollout of the business. Jon has a B.A. in political science from the University of Michigan.

Michael Murphy
Michael Murphy (Murph) is a Group Product Manager at Greenhouse, leading the R&D team focused on improving top-of-funnel sourcing. An early Greenhouse employee, Murph has spent the past 10 years helping to improve Greenhouse for companies and candidates alike, including leading the launch of Greenhouse Sourcing Automation and MyGreenhouse.
