Exciting news from EMEA: Greenhouse was named a Core Leader in Fosway’s 2024 9-Grid™ for Talent Acquisition (TA), maintaining our position in the top of the Core Leader quadrant. The report is evidence that the talent acquisition market in Europe remains resilient, despite tight labor markets and economic uncertainty.

What is the Fosway 9-Grid™? This five-dimensional model compares organizations based on their Performance, Potential, Market Presence, Total Cost of Ownership and Future Trajectories across the market. Unlike other analyst models, Fosway 9-Grid™ research is primarily focused on talent acquisition solutions that are relevant to enterprise-scale organizations with a large European presence.

This is the fourth consecutive year Greenhouse was recognized as a leader in this report. Fosway identifies Core Leaders as companies with an excellent track record of enterprise win rates, customer delivery and advocacy. We were named a talent acquisition industry leader for our large enterprise customer base in EMEA, strong performance in the market and commitment to product advancements.

“The talent acquisition market has been facing challenges from a tight labor market in many countries, yet stands tall and is showing signs of a positive reversal imminently,” said David Wilson, CEO, Fosway Group. “We’ve seen Greenhouse continue to deepen its foothold and presence in the EMEA market, especially as it keeps bringing innovative features – from AI to reporting and more – to market.”

AI adoption is on the rise

Despite concerns about ethics and security, the report finds that large companies are actively investing in AI solutions. This trend reflects growth in AI capabilities with advances in the technology, making it more powerful and versatile, opening up new opportunities for businesses. Here at Greenhouse, Sourcing Automation AI functionality and resume anonymization are a few ways we’re harnessing AI to help TA professionals work smarter, not harder. Candidate experience, predictive analytics and DE&I are differentiators among TA vendors

The report calls out several trends among leading TA vendors, including candidate experience platforms, predictive analytics and diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) tools.

At Greenhouse, we believe structured hiring is the first step toward creating a positive candidate experience since it ensures consistent and equitable treatment of all candidates and much more efficient decision-making. We’ve also recently launched texting, powered by Grayscale, to deliver a high-touch candidate engagement experience.

The report notes that solutions that incorporate predictive analytics are becoming more prevalent. Greenhouse launched the machine learning-powered offer forecast to help hiring teams more accurately predict offer acceptance date and new hire start date, which builds trust and facilitates budgeting and planning.

With a growing focus on DE&I, there’s an increased demand for solutions that support diversity initiatives in recruitment. Greenhouse’s DE&I feature set and resume anonymization mitigate conscious and unconscious biases in hiring decisions while candidate name pronunciation and the ability to select personal pronouns create a positive and inclusive candidate experience from the outset.

The Fosway 9-Grid™ is the definitive assessment of talent acquisition and human capital management systems in EMEA and Fosway is the leading third-party research firm in the region. We’re humbled and honored by this recognition.
