Ana has a unique vantage point stemming from her role in advising colleges and providing sponsorship and career support to students from underrepresented and low-income backgrounds and students of color. Terra brings insights from the research and real-world experiences of companies trying to make diversity a reality.

They will share tips on how companies can expand their commitment to diversity and deliver better workplace experiences for employees.
