Ariana is proud to lead a team that has helped the company grow 10x in headcount and is passionate about the impact of equitable and inclusive hiring. Prior to Greenhouse, she has worked on people-focused teams in various industries, including non-profit, public relations and fintech.
Chuck Hutsell is the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Syndigo, where he leads a team of five recruiters who are responsible for filling over 200 positions annually. Prior to joining Syndigo, Chuck spent 17 years with ThinkingAhead, an executive search firm, where he led the IT and Gaming practice. In hiring, he is a strong believer in following a structured practice and utilizing a set of metrics to yield above average results. Chuck is currently based in Nashville.
Deanna DeVivo (she/her) is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Luminate, where she leads all things talent including recruitment, hiring, talent management, retention, and candidate experience. Throughout her career, Deanna has developed and designed talent functions for numerous startups and high growth companies. Deanna is driven by her passion for people, seeking equity and belonging for all, and diversifying teams to include unique voices and skill sets.
Lauren McNamee is the Director of People, Talent Acquisition and DE&I at Zola. Prior to this role, she worked in various HR leadership roles at companies such as Ralph Lauren and LVMH. Lauren is passionate about building and developing strong, productive, and engaged teams within an organization. She is currently based in New York City.
